Sports StadiaNet acquires engineering office Dr. Matuszek & Partner

Düsseldorf. Sport StadiaNet, specialized in the construction of sports facilities, is expanding. We have acquired the renowned engineering office Dr. Matuszek & Partner.

Effective October 1, 2010, Dr. Ing (mgsu) Achim Matuszek has been appointed as additional managing director. He is responsible for quality assurance and development. "We have already a successful cooperation since 2009. Dr. Matuszek & Partner is responsible for the project management of the 15 million construction project Ball Sports Hall " Lauterer Höhe " in Coburg", said Michael U. Tockweiler. The firm was founded in 1986 and is located in Kassel and Dusseldorf and supervises projects from the signature of the contract to completion.

"The construction of sports facilities is our core task. We have strengthened our group by the acquisition of the long-established construction company Peter Holthausen GmbH and the facility management company FCI Concept GmbH located in Willich. The acquisition of the engineering office Dr. Matuszek & Partner fits perfectly into our portfolio. Thus, the professional project management of our numerous construction projects will be more effective. We are well-placed for the future and the changing requirements for official building tasks" explained Michael U. Tockweiler.
